В настройках Auto-updates не смог отключить, по крайней мере
остаётся синим квадрат [ON] на пересечении строки с "clearfy" и столбцом с "autoupdates"

Добавились такие файлы:

Это обновления?
Как это контролировать, чтоб не переживать, что это хакерский код?

Вопрос по комментам от YоastSEO сам решил, просто мне нужно было выйти из админ панели
чтобы ушил его комменты
