BUG issue after enabling

Hello
Thank you for the plugin. I have run into an issue, a peculiar one at that.
I enabled the plugin in my multi-site. Now it doesn't show up in the plugin page, instead I have a red sign (!) and no explanation.
I can't disable it. I can't work with it.
Please let me know how to fix it.

Hello.

To delete a plugin, delete it in the wp-content/plugins folder.
Can you take a screenshot of the error?
