RESOLVED Update WP page from insert php 1.3

I updated insert php 1.3 to the new version and try to update my WP page. I followed the tutorial. I took all my code that I had in between the tags [insert_php][/insert_php] and copied it to a new Universal snipped. Then I added the shortcode to my page and removed [insert_php]my code[/insert_php]. It only shows [wbcr_snippet id="1599"] as output on my page. My question is what exactly is the difference between a php snippet and a Universal snippet. The php snippet seems to work.

Hi,

Universal snippet may include any code(PHP, HTML, JS and CSS).
PHP snippet can be run anywhere, and Universal snippet can be added automatically to different places on the site, as well as use additional logic placement. For example, you need to place PHP code not on all pages (everywhere), but on a certain page, or in one place of the site(for example in the footer)
