BUG Where can I find the IDs for snippets?

In the default snippets, only one displays an id.
I am trying to find a new one, but cannot figure out where the id is, so I cannot call it from a page.
Please help!
I did leave a bad review, as I have been struggling with this all morning...I will be happy to edit it, if only I can get this to work...
