BUG Allow blocked user IP

Hello everyone, I have a problem with the plugin Titan Anti-spam & Security 7.3.1 in its free version, one of the users who is as administrator, the plugin has blocked the IP and has no access to Wordpress panel. I have been looking but I can not find how to unblock it or put your IP as safe and can access normally.

When he tries to access he gets this screen

Have you disabled the plugin to check if there is a reason for it?

It's been a while since your post, but I wanted to offer some insight. Oh, dealing with plugin quirks can be frustrating! Have you tried reaching out to Titan Anti-spam & Security's support for help with unblocking the IP? They might have a solution for you. Meanwhile, you might want to consider checking out pyproxy.com for a temporary workaround to access the Wordpress panel while you sort things out.
