BUG Cannot add an Instagram account.

Has there been another change in policy on Facebook?
If so, what is the expected date of restoration?

Same situation here.
In first time, I was thinking that my token was revoked. So I delete my account to recreate another one.
And I found same error message from Instagram

I have the same problem, the IG account cannot be connected, there's always the error {"error_type": "OAuthException", "code": 400, "error_message": "Insufficient developer role"}
Newest version of the plugin is installed
What can we do ?

Now without error we see the Application authorized on the instagram side
But the account is not added on the WP side.
Nothing appear on the log.

What we can Do ?
