BUG I ca not access to admin, white screen website

Hi, after hide admin bar and login page, I have no longer access to wp admin giving me this message" Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page." and the website is down, giving white screen not showing anything any content my website: https://ecofast.net/

I deleted clarify plugin also nothing woeked, I made recovery pae also not works, I have Updraft backup, I dont knw how access to dashboard to restore it.

Any help please.
