BUG Social Slider still not showing images, has been reconnected. no resolution

I have tried for months to get my IG feed to show again and it won't. I have followed all trouble shooting info on the developers site. It says it has been reconnected but it still does not show on my blog. Anyone else still having issues? This has been going on for far too long.
