BUG The web application firewall is not accessible

I have the Titan Anti-spam & Security 7.3.4 plug-in.
On the Page: Firewall everything is “grey” and not accessible.
Therefore I am not able to activate the firewall. Is it because I don’t have paid version? But it that case, I should see the icon PRO on the right to of the page.
