BUG This plug in just stopped working

This plugin just stopped working on my website and I have no idea why. I cannot locate any of the PHP code it was executing

I think this is related to a cookie setting. I use popup maker which sets cookies to control popups. I was playing with that when this stopped working. Fortunately I had a backup I could restore to.

I haven't used this in a while on this site and wanted to clone some code. I found the snippet I wanted to work on but can't find the actual PHP code associated with it.
