BUG CSS Animations not working anymore

I have a text counter on the bottom half on all pages that animates from 0 to 400+. It stopped working after Clearfy activation. I tried disabling Minify (Html/JS/CSS) but had no effect. Please help.

Hi,

Did you enable Disable jQuery Migrate option?

Nope, that was left untouched. However I did notice that on the page Minify Html/JS there was an option "Optimize JavaScript Code?"
After checking that the counter worked again.
