RESOLVED License activation required - Social Slider Widget premium Premium

Our instagram feed stopped yesterday on our webpage.

We have the following two plugins, "Social Slider Widget" and "Social Slider Widget premium Premium".
On the "Social Slider Widget premium Premium" it says:
License activation required. A license is required to get premium plugin updates, as well as to get additional services.

Our first thought was that the license had expired without any notice, however when clicking on "Upgrade to premium"
and gets routed to the pricing page it only says:
We apologize. The purchase of a premium plugin is currently unavailable

The questions then is if our license have expired without any notice or if it's any problems at your end regarding licenses.

I replied to you in premium support, but probably the letter did not reach you. We fixed everything, try adding the profile again.
