The source files do not change in any way. The modification only works when the corresponding option is enabled. When resetting the settings, the option is disabled.
The plugin stores all its settings in the database. After deleting the plugin, the settings are not deleted from the database.
If you want the Clearfy plugin to clear plugin data after itself, enable the "Complete uninstall" option, this option is located on the "Clearfy settings" page.
