BUG Not displaying on page

Hello I have linked my Instagram account via the account connect feature. I place the short code in the code and go to preview my page and nothing happens. The widget does not load. I am using divi visual builder to manipulate my WordPress page. Does anyone have any suggestions on why nothing is happening when I have everything properly connected?

Are you sure that you have connected everything correctly and inserted the shortcode? If you use a caching plugin, update the cache.
