BUG Safe mode won't turn on after a critical error

Hi!
I inserted a snippet with php code and got a critical error. After the critical error the safe mode of the plugin is not enabled. CleanShot 2021-05-08 at 21.43.18 I try to enable it, but nothing happens. I had to delete the plugin folder on the server. Installed the plugin again - same error.
Please advise how to solve the problem?

1. Go to the safe mode by this link: http://your-site-name.dev/wp-admin/?wbcr-php-snippets-safe-mode
2. Edit the snippet in which you made a mistake;
3. Leave safe mode by clicking the link: http://your-site-name.dev/wp-admin/?wbcr-php-snippets-disable-safe-mode
