BUG The plugin can not be deleted

Hello, on my side can not delete the WordPress plugin "Clearfy". Disable goes, but the delete button comes the message: Delete failed: The website has technical difficulties.

Manually I can delete it via FTP, but what do I have to delete everything in the database?

Hello.

You can reset the settings only when you uninstall the plugin through Wordpress.
Enable Wordpress debug mode and see the errors that occur during uninstall.
